Website Terms and Conditions

These terms explain who operates this website, how its content may be used, and the terms that apply when you buy a digital publication.

Effective: 1 September 2026  ·  Version: 2026-09-01

“We”, “us”, “our” and the “Seller” in these terms refer to Paul Ceronio, operating the Ceronio Real Estate Management website and brand. These terms apply to this website and its shop. A product-specific licence or notice may add to these terms; if there is a conflict, the product-specific term governs that product, subject always to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and use its public content for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, upload malicious material, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, impersonate another person, or use the site or its content unlawfully.

Accounts and checkout information must be accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s text, publications, graphics, photographs, branding and original design are owned by or licensed to Ceronio Real Estate Management and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No sale transfers copyright. Limited quotation with attribution is permitted where the law allows it; other copying, republication, resale, redistribution, automated dataset creation or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

External links and services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

3. Buying digital publications

Product information and contract

The product page identifies the publication, price, format and any important technical or licence restrictions. Prices are shown in euros. The amount displayed at checkout is the total price payable to the Seller; no VAT is added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send the order confirmation or make the download available.

We may reject or cancel an order before supply where payment is not authorised, the price or product information contains an obvious error, supply would be unlawful, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be returned.

Payment and delivery

Payments may be processed by WooPayments (using Stripe infrastructure) or PayPal. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive your full card number. After successful payment, standard digital products are normally made available on the confirmation page, by email, or in your account. Protected or personalised publications may instead be delivered through a unique private link. Where the applicable product terms provide for a Team or Corporate licence, the purchaser’s authorised company administrator may nominate the permitted number of named users through a secure allocation link, after which each accepted user receives individual secure delivery. You need a current web browser, internet access, storage space and software capable of opening the file format shown on the product page (normally PDF).

Immediate supply and withdrawal

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, checkout asks separately for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins. We record that choice with the order and provide confirmation of the consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium as part of, or accompanying, the contract confirmation. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. See the Refund and Returns Policy for the practical process.

Licence and download security

Unless a product-specific licence says otherwise, a purchase grants the named buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use one copy for private reference. You may keep a reasonable personal backup. You may not share download links or files, remove rights-management notices or watermarks, resell, publish, upload to shared repositories, or use a publication to train or populate a commercial system without written permission.

Some premium publications use buyer-identifying watermarks and protected download links to deter unauthorised distribution. The product page and privacy notice identify any such use. The eVTOL publication is also governed by the eVTOL 2035 Terms of Sale and Publication Licence.

4. Support, complaints and dispute resolution

If a download fails, a file is defective, or you have a complaint, email info@ceroniorealestate.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge and handle the complaint within the time required by applicable law.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer may use an approved alternative dispute-resolution body. Information on the Slovak Trade Inspection’s ADR process is available in the SOI ADR rules. Participation and jurisdiction depend on the applicable legal criteria.

5. Professional and publication disclaimer

The website and its publications provide general educational and editorial information about real estate, facilities management, infrastructure and related topics. They are not legal, tax, investment, financial, engineering, architectural, safety or other regulated professional advice and are not a substitute for advice based on your particular circumstances.

Property markets, regulations, prices, technology and project assumptions change. We use reasonable care, but do not promise that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Verify important information with official sources and appropriately qualified advisers before acting.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, we are not liable for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control or for indirect business losses arising from reliance on general informational content. For a paid digital product, any contractual limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes, severability and law

We may update these terms when the site, products or law changes. The version shown when you order governs that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Slovak law governs these terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Nothing here restricts any right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
