Total-price statement. The licence prices stated in these Terms are the total prices payable to the Seller. The Seller does not currently add VAT to those prices, and no additional VAT amount will be added by the Seller at checkout.
These Terms of Sale incorporate the Internal-Use Licence for eVTOL 2035 — The Global Built-World Intelligence Reference (the “Publication”). They apply only to business and professional purchasers acquiring the Publication for professional use. The electronic order confirmation identifies the purchasing legal entity or professional purchaser, selected licence, licence administrator where applicable, total price, Terms version and Licence version. The linked allocation record identifies the Named Users issued under an organisational licence. Together, those records form part of the contract.
1. Seller and contact
The seller and licensor is Paul Ceronio, a natural person residing at Andreja Pavču 283/23, 027 32 Habovka, Slovak Republic, acting in his own name and on his own account as the author and self-publisher of the Publication under the publication brand “Ceronio Built Intelligence” (the “Seller”). Ceronio Built Intelligence is a publication brand only and is not a company or other separate legal person.
Contact: info@ceroniorealestate.com; +421 951 246 595. The residence address above is also the address for contractual notices unless another valid service address is expressly stated.
Price status for this edition: The displayed licence prices are the total amounts charged by the Seller for the selected licence. The Seller does not currently add VAT at checkout.
2. Who may purchase
The Publication is offered only to a legal entity, public body, sole trader or natural person acting for purposes within their trade, business, craft or profession (a “Business Customer”). It is not offered for consumer or private-personal use. An individual professional purchaser must acquire the Individual Professional licence for professional use.
A person ordering for an organisation confirms that they are authorised to place the order, accept these Terms and act as, or appoint, the organisation’s licence administrator. At checkout, the customer must provide accurate purchaser or legal-entity details, billing information, the selected licence and the licence administrator’s name and business email address. The Individual Professional purchaser is the single Named User and may use a private or business email address. Team and Corporate users are nominated after purchase through the controlled allocation process in section 9; a complete user list is not required at checkout.
The customer must confirm at checkout that the purchase is wholly for business or professional purposes. A Business Customer providing another person’s details must have a lawful basis to do so and must make the eVTOL 2035 Privacy and Personalised-Watermark Notice available to that person before the details are submitted.
3. Publication format, edition and compatibility
The Publication is the English-language, 72-page BWIS Reference Edition 4.0.3, published on 1 September 2026 with an evidence cut-off of 18 August 2026. It contains 23 sections and 10 appendices and uses 112 traceable source records representing 111 distinct underlying references. It is supplied as a personalised PDF. Each Named User receives a separate personalised copy. A current PDF reader, secure email access, internet access and sufficient secure storage are required. No physical copy is supplied unless the order confirmation expressly states otherwise.
The licence covers the delivered Edition 4.0.3 only. It does not include a subscription, future editions, continuing research updates or a promise that external links will remain available. A corrected replacement file may be supplied where necessary to remedy a delivery or conformity problem.
4. Ordering, checkout and contract formation
A product page is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer by the Seller. When ordering is enabled, the customer places an order by completing the checkout fields, reviewing the order summary, accepting these Terms and the incorporated Internal-Use Licence, and activating the final button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay.
The customer is responsible for checking the selected licence, price, purchaser details, billing information and, where applicable, licence-administrator information before submitting the order. The contract is formed when payment is successfully authorised and the Seller sends an electronic order confirmation accepting the order. The confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout and may also be made available in the customer account.
The Seller may cancel an order and refund any captured payment where required information is materially incomplete or false, the person placing the order lacks authority, payment is not authorised, supply would be unlawful, a material pricing or technical error occurred, or fraud, sanctions exposure or serious misuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded without undue delay to the original payment method.
Correcting an obvious checkout or allocation error is part of order fulfilment. A particular user’s delivery may be paused until the information needed to generate that user’s personalised file is complete and accurate.
5. Licence tiers and prices
| Licence | Price | Authorised scope |
|---|---|---|
| Individual Professional | EUR 1,495 total price | One named professional user. |
| Team | EUR 4,495 total price | Up to 5 Named Users in one legal entity; includes one licence administrator. |
| Corporate | EUR 15,000 total price | Up to 15 Named Users in one legal entity. |
The listed amounts are the total prices payable to the Seller; no VAT is added by the Seller at checkout. Requirements outside the stated user limits or organisational scope need a separate written licence and quotation.
6. Internal-Use Licence grant and ownership
Subject to contract formation, payment in full, complete and accurate checkout and allocation information, and compliance with these Terms, the Seller grants each Named User identified in the order or its linked allocation record a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use that user’s personalised Publication for internal professional business, research and evaluation within the scope of the selected tier. The licence is perpetual for the delivered edition unless terminated under these Terms.
Paul Ceronio retains copyright and all rights not expressly granted, subject to rights belonging to cited or other applicable rightsholders. No sale transfers ownership of copyright or any underlying intellectual property. An organisational licence belongs to the purchasing legal entity for use only by its Named Users.
7. Permitted use
A Named User may read and search their personalised copy, store one reasonable working copy on devices or systems controlled by that user or the licensed organisation, print reasonable extracts for their own internal professional reference, and quote short extracts with appropriate attribution where permitted by law. The licensed organisation may maintain reasonable restricted backups solely to protect authorised use by its Named Users.
Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory exception or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Any use beyond the licensed scope requires the Seller’s prior written permission.
8. Prohibited use
Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, the Business Customer and Named Users must not:
- share credentials, delivery links or Publication files with an unauthorised person;
- upload the Publication or a substantial part of it to a public or shared repository, data room, document-sharing service or generative-AI system;
- redistribute, resell, publish, lend, sublicense or commercially exploit the Publication or provide it as a service to another person;
- remove, conceal, alter or defeat a watermark, licence identifier or access control;
- copy, scrape, extract or systematically reproduce a substantial part of the Publication or its structured content;
- use the Publication to train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model or to create a competing publication, commercial dataset, model or derivative information product; or
- provide access to an affiliate, adviser, contractor, client or other third party unless that person is a Named User or the order confirmation expressly permits access.
9. Named Users, seat control and protection
Seat sharing is prohibited. Each authorised user must be individually named and receives a separately personalised PDF carrying the user’s name, licensed organisation where applicable, licence tier and unique licence ID.
After successful payment for a Team or Corporate licence, the licence administrator receives one secure allocation link rather than a set of generic Publication links. That administrator link permits nomination of up to 5 Team users or up to 15 Corporate users, may be used gradually, expires after 14 days and may be reissued to the verified administrator. It does not itself provide access to the Publication.
Each nomination must give the user’s name and an individual business email address belonging to the licensed organisation. The nominated user receives a separate single-use claim invitation that expires after 7 days. Resending an invitation revokes the previous invitation. If the licensed organisation legitimately uses more than one business domain, the Seller may approve an additional domain after manual administrator review. An affiliate, adviser, contractor or other third party requires the Seller’s written approval before allocation.
A seat becomes fixed to the Named User when that user claims it and the personalised file is issued. A controlled replacement may be approved only for a genuine employee departure. The former licence ID and access are revoked, and a new personalised copy and new licence ID are issued to the approved replacement. A seat may not be rotated among successive readers.
The protection baseline comprises hashed allocation and claim tokens, single-use claims, visible personalisation, a unique licence ID, a recorded SHA-256 hash, an auditable seat record and a unique high-entropy private access link for each Named User. After a legitimate claim and successful quality assurance, the final access link does not routinely expire. It remains non-indexed, logged and revocable by the Seller and is served from private storage rather than a public WordPress Media URL. A compromised final access link may be revoked and reissued after appropriate verification. No opening password is applied at launch. The Business Customer and licence administrator must maintain an accurate user list, restrict access and notify the Seller promptly of personnel changes, compromised links or credentials, or suspected misuse.
10. Generation, quality assurance and delivery
For an Individual Professional licence, generation begins after contract formation, successful payment and receipt of the complete Named User information. For a Team or Corporate licence, generation for each seat begins after successful payment and that user’s secure nomination and claim. The Publication is personalised and quality-checked and is not an instant generic download. One order record and one linked seat and Named User record are maintained for each issued PDF.
Before release, each file must pass validation for the expected 72-page count, correct user name and licence ID, successful opening and recorded SHA-256 hash. If a user file fails generation or validation, delivery of that file is stopped until it passes quality assurance; already validated files for other claimed seats need not be withheld.
Delivery is made separately to each Named User through a unique private access link sent to that user’s verified email address. The target delivery time and any customer action required will be displayed at checkout, in the administrator allocation page or in the order confirmation. Where no later time is stated, supply will occur without undue delay after the relevant payment, allocation, claim and quality-assurance conditions are satisfied.
11. Support, conformity and complaints
The supplied Publication must correspond to its description, purchased licence tier, Edition 4.0.3 and disclosed functionality and compatibility. If delivery fails, the Business Customer should first check the approved email address and spam filtering and then contact the Seller.
Complaints and conformity requests should be sent to info@ceroniorealestate.com and should identify the order or licence ID and describe the problem. The Seller may request information reasonably necessary to assess and remedy the issue. The Business Customer must inspect the delivered files within a reasonable time and notify any apparent delivery, personalisation or file defect promptly; this does not shorten any period that cannot lawfully be changed.
12. Payment, invoices and refunds
When ordering is enabled, the total amount payable will be shown at checkout and payment will be collected through the selected payment method when the customer places the order. The Seller does not currently add VAT to the displayed total price. Payment providers may perform authentication, fraud screening, authorisation, settlement and refund processing under their own terms and privacy notices. The Seller does not store complete payment-card numbers or card verification codes.
Invoices and order confirmations are supplied electronically. A Business Customer must provide accurate billing information and any business identifiers requested at checkout.
The Publication is supplied only under a business-to-business or professional contract. No contractual consumer cooling-off or change-of-mind cancellation right is offered. If mandatory consumer law is nevertheless found to apply despite the customer’s business-purpose declaration, any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
A refund due for duplicate payment, non-supply, a material non-conformity that cannot be remedied, cancellation by the Seller under section 4, or another entitlement under the order or mandatory law will be made without undue delay, normally to the original payment method and without a fee imposed by the Seller. Any other refund request is determined under the contract and applicable law. This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Research status and professional-use disclaimer
The Publication is dated independent research based on sources available up to its stated evidence cut-off. It contains analysis, judgements, scenarios and estimates, may contain errors and may become outdated. References and links may change after publication.
The Publication is provided for information and professional reference. It is not legal, regulatory, engineering, aviation-safety, tax, financial, investment, accounting, insurance or other professional advice. It does not guarantee certification, regulatory approval, operations, investment performance, market adoption or programme success. The Business Customer remains responsible for independent verification, decisions and obtaining appropriate professional advice.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law for a Business Customer, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data. The Seller’s aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the total fees paid for that order. These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits limitation, to the customer’s obligation to pay fees, or to liability for infringement or unauthorised use of the Publication.
15. Suspension, revocation and termination
The Seller may suspend a delivery link or access mechanism where there are reasonable grounds to suspect compromised credentials, fraud, a material licence breach or a security threat. Where reasonably possible, the Seller will inform the customer, limit the suspension to what is necessary and provide an opportunity to clarify or remedy the issue.
If a material breach capable of remedy is not remedied within 14 days after written notice, the non-breaching party may terminate the affected licence. The Seller may revoke access and terminate immediately for deliberate redistribution, resale, watermark removal, seat sharing or another serious infringement that cannot reasonably be cured.
On valid termination, authorised use ends and the Business Customer and Named Users must stop using and delete controlled electronic copies, except for a copy that must be retained by law and is not used for another purpose. Accrued payment and remedy rights and provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, privacy, disputes and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue.
16. Privacy
Personal data connected with checkout, business-purpose confirmation, orders, payments, invoices, licences, Named Users, personalised watermarks, secure delivery, security records and rights enforcement are handled under the eVTOL 2035 Privacy and Personalised-Watermark Notice. That Notice governs eVTOL licensing data. The general website Privacy Policy continues to apply to unrelated website functions such as general browsing, cookies and subscriptions. Payment providers apply their own privacy notices when acting as separate or joint controllers.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the contract are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic having territorial jurisdiction by reference to the Seller’s residence will have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent a valid jurisdiction agreement is permitted. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a complaint through info@ceroniorealestate.com.
These Terms are issued in English. A translation may be provided for convenience. The English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. General terms and document control
The electronic order confirmation, these Terms of Sale, the incorporated Internal-Use Licence and any document expressly incorporated into the order constitute the contract for the Publication. If they conflict, the order confirmation controls customer-specific commercial details, these Terms control the general sale and licence conditions, and mandatory law controls where it cannot be changed.
A change is effective only if agreed in writing or made as required by law. If the Seller’s tax status or pricing changes, revised prices and Terms will be published before they apply to future orders; an order already accepted at the stated total price is unaffected. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
Neither party may assign the contract in a way that materially reduces the other party’s rights without consent. The Seller may use service providers and may assign a receivable or administrative function where this remains consistent with the contract and data-protection law.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, except that this does not excuse payment already due or remove a remedy that applicable law preserves. Formal notices may be sent to the email and postal addresses in section 1 and to the customer details in the order confirmation.
